Terms of Use

1. RETURNS/REFUNDS - Here at Supply Drop Inbound, we got your back. Our products are fully warrantied and if anything needs a tweak we will gladly assist. We do not issue refunds, and by using this site or purchasing anything from us online or otherwise you are agreeing to this policy, and that agreement will be used as evidence to handle any disputes. However, we will always do our best to remedy the situation with any replacement, exchange, or any other technical solution - our customers are our number one priority. One way or another, we will make it right for you. Just give us a shout anytime. 


2. SHIPPING - We do not ship to prohibited states. It's up to you to do your own research and know your own laws. Anyone who places an order for a prohibited state will be subject to a 15% restock/transaction fee. States we do not ship to are:

California: Explicitly bans all rapid-fire conversion parts.

Colorado: Banned rapid-fire devices under state law.

Connecticut: Restricts rate-of-fire enhancers.

Delaware: Bans triggers that mimic automatic fire.

Florida: Prohibited due to broad rate-of-fire language.

Hawaii: Restricts any fast-acting multi-burst triggers.

Illinois: Strictly prohibits rate-of-fire enhancement components.

Maryland: Explicitly bans rapid-fire trigger activators.

Massachusetts: Broadly bans any mechanism that increases firing rates.

Minnesota: State restrictions specifically target forced reset mechanics.

Nevada: Covered under local state-level bump-stock and modification bans.

New Jersey: Completely blocks all rapid-fire systems.

New York: Strict state-level ban on rapid-fire modification parts.

Oregon: Restricts components designed to accelerate semi-automatic fire.

Rhode Island: Enforces a strict ban on all multi-burst and rapid-fire devices.

Washington: Bans rate-of-fire parts under local trigger activator laws.
